Pricing and Availability:
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Prime Print Shop produces or prints work for you based on your submitted design files, specifications and instructions. While we will bring to your attention any errors that we come across YOU ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF SUBMITTED ART FILES, PROOFREADING AND ANY ERRORS WITHIN THE DOCUMENT(s) before submission.

To avoid mistakes in your job please carefully proofread your work beforehand and be sure to check if your artwork is set up properly before submitting your files.

Information on this web site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. This web site does not constitute an offer or contract.

Once an order is “in-production”, Prime Print Shop cannot edit, change, re-submit files, or cancel the order. Prime Print Shop has a strict NO REFUND policy for orders already in production. Orders are considered “in-production” at the time they are placed or when a design has been approved.  Discounted reprints are offered at the sole discretion of Prime Print Shop. If Prime Print Shop offers to reprint an order, the original order must be returned before the reprint is placed into production. Refunds are not offered for services rendered for both design and printed media.  Please contact a Clash Graphics customer representative for full details and exception policies. ALL ISSUES MUST BE BROUGHT TO PRIME PRINT SHOP’S ATTENTION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

Turnaround Time:
Turnaround Times listed on this website are estimates and , as such, are not guaranteed. Turnaround times are subject to change based on factors such as, but not limited to timely receipt of print-ready art, equipment issues, supply chain issues, staff availability, and our workload.

Shipping:
Prime Print Shop offers shipping services through US Mail and United Parcel Service of America (UPS).  These services should be requested during the initial order placement.  Prime Print Shop is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss as a result of the US Mail or UPS shipping services.  Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.  If a shipping address is incomplete or inaccurate, Prime Print Shop is not responsible for the delay of product receipt.  If re-routing is required due to an inaccurate customer address, the customer is responsible for any subsequent fees that may occur.  Prime Print Shop will do the utmost to ensure that products are received in a safe and timely manner but cannot guarantee the actions taken by the shipping company.
